Gaskets

Gaskets are used in a wide range of applications to compensate material stresses, protect against moisture and dust and to absorb shock.
In order to achieve these functions TenCate Enbi manufactures gaskets using single materials or a combination of materials as:

• Polyurethane foams up to 650 kg per m³
• Polyethylene and EPDM foams
• Silicone and rubber
• Foils (e.g. PET, PUR, copper, aluminium)
• Technical textiles
• Other conductive materials and coatings

Each area has its own requirements for material, shape, function and color. For example, a photocopier requires electrically conductive foam, whereas a climate control system uses microbe-resistant material in 3D form. Assembly aids, such as pull-off tabs or delivery in the form of rolls, make it easier to install the parts and thus support TenCate
Enbi´s clients´ production processes. The available technologies enable TenCate Enbi to manufacture small and large series.
