Insulation

 

TenCate Enbi manufactures both acoustic and thermal insulations.

Parts can be die or contour cut as required. These technologies allow products to be designed individually for each type of device, in compliance with the prescribed acoustic standards under VDI 2058. 

Thermal insulation in copiers keeps heat within the appliance, leading to reduced energy consumption and a significant reduction in warm-up time. This is especially important for compliance with DIN EN 60950 (DIN VDE 0805).

TenCate Enbi's technologies allow the manufacture of products in 2 or 3-D design. Insulations can be finished on both sides or single-sided with a self-adhesive and / or different foils.

All materials are flame retardant and comply with the local government or market specific fire protection requirements.

The parts can be carried out airtight and microbe-resistant.
